This is a port of the two arcade games (Power Battle and Power Fighters) in Japan. I haven’t actually played it, so I can’t give many details, but there you go.

To the best of my knowledge, this game is available only in Japan. However, for English speaking folks, you can get this as part of the Anniversary Collection instead.
